After growing up and experiencing what some would call life's difficulties, I am now ready to share and hopefully inspire compassion, understanding, peace and flexibility, through my studies and experiences into the lives of others.
After being diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder, losing my father to suicide and experiencing domestic abuse, I found myself on a long and winding journey of acceptance, forgiveness and compassion.
By introducing yoga, fitness and mindfulness into my life, I have grown and learnt so many lessons along my journey.
I believe my path is now one that allows me to share my findings and offer both support and understanding to others.
Each and every one of us are on our own personal journey and we all have our own emotional mountains to climb, it is how we choose to climb them that determines our future...
Through Yoga, Fitness, Health and Wellbeing, I hope to encourage strength, wellness and a better understanding of the true self in order to promote a positive state of mind, I look forward to being by the side of all that wish to welcome me on their journey.
I conduct thorough assessments to understand client's overall mental health, physical health and emotional well-being, gathering information about lifestyle and personal goals.
I develop personalised wellness plans that consider various aspects of an individual's life, such as nutrition, physical activity, emotional balance and mind & body wellness.
I teach integrated mind-body practices such as yoga, meditation and mindfulness to both adults and teenagers, to promote mind & body wellness. These practices are often used to increase emotional resilience, enhance focus and gain emotional balance.
I provide guidance on physical fitness, exercise routines and lifestyle modifications to enhance physical health, this may involve elements of personal training, yoga, exercise programming and promoting an active lifestyles.
I offer guidance on nutrition and dietary choices, taking into account each individual's unique needs and preferences. This may involve recommending specific foods, supplements, or lifestyle changes to support both mental health physical health.
I support adults and teenagers in developing effective emotional management techniques, by introducing the understanding of the "Monkey Mind"
I continuously assess and adapt wellness plans based on each client's progress, feedback and evolving needs, embracing a dynamic approach to well-being.
I collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as Social Prescribers, physicians, psychologists and nutritionists, to ensure each client has a comprehensive network to health and wellness.
I work with secondary schools across England delivering Mind and Body Programs that are designed specifically to support teens with the awareness and tools they require to thrive and develop positive self-awareness, self-confidence and mind & body wellness.
