A State of Mind Studio recognises this and has created a structured educational wellness programs that journeys over 6-sessions within the schools setting, The Youth Ripple Program is a modern, nervous-system-sensitive wellness program designed for young people navigating the complexities of change.
Built on our 10 Pathways to Wellness, it offers both emotional and physical tools to support self-awareness, confidence, and nervous system regulation.
The Program supports young people aged 11–16, offering them a personal toolkit to take with them into their future.

We understand that schools are stretched, with staff, with time and with emotional energy, therefore this program is here to support wellbeing goals, gently slotting into your timetable without overwhelming staff or students.
Whether you are seeking:

• Or simply a safe space where students feel seen, heard and understood, we are here to co-create a wellness pathway for our future generation.
What you will receive:
• 6-weekly term time sessions – Delivered at your school
• Teacher debrief available for integrated support
• All equipment is provided
• A digital wellness workbook for every young person who attends, supporting them to take wellness into their future.
There is a maximum limit of 6 young people per program
While not therapy, this 6 session course, provides real-life tools to help young people navigate life's challenges with more softness, confidence and clarity.
