  • Restorative Cool Down  — Slow your breath and soften your body. Gentle stretches to ease any tension and regulate your nervous system, supporting you to leave the gym feeling calm, centred, and quietly confident.

Across six softly- structured sessions, we move beyond basics into embodied confidence, refining your form and self-trust.
