No two people are the same, therefore each session is crafted to meet you exactly where you are at that moment in time, offering both emotionally and physical support & guidance.
At the end of the 6 sessions, a comprehensive digital workbook full of the information that we have explored together is available, supporting confidence and clarity on a journey towards a brighter & happier future!

We work with secondary schools across England, delivering our youth mind & body curriculum, a six session series designed to support young people both physically and emotionally, by delivering science backed sessions whilst offering the tools required to thrive and develop positive self-awareness, self-confidence, self-love and emotional & physical regulation, creating a ripple of future generation wellness, one young person at a time!
