1:1 SOFT STRENGTH SESSIONS — BODY CONFIDENCE AND EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

There is a moment in life when you finally feel ready to write the next chapter of your life, one where you feel confident and connected with yourself and your body.
 

These 1:1 sessions are a quiet sanctuary for women who are moving through life’s changes — peri-menopause, menopause, stress, new mum body, new chapters, or simply feeling disconnected from their own skin. 

Throughout each session we blend together Pilates, compassion, emotional regulation and gentle strength training, supporting you to feel:
Loved. Cherished. Confident in Your Changing Body & Your Story.

What Happens in a 1:1 Session?

Each session is tailored to your energy, your season of life, and your story that day 🩵


We weave three main strands: 


1. A Gentle Arrival, Emotional Check-In & Nervous System Care 

  • A few minutes to notice how you truly feel today — in your body and emotions. 
  • Simple breath practices to tell your nervous system you are safe to soften. 
  • Quiet questions that help you understand what your body has or is carrying, without judgement. 


2. Movement for Soft Strength & Body Confidence 

Movement is chosen for your body (a short, quick and easy questionnaire reveals what your body craves right now and helps us choose the right plan for you)  — Pilates, Flow, Strength Training, or Soft Mobility. 


Examples of what we might focus on: 

  • Core & posture — to feel strong, supported, and held from within.  
  • Hips & shoulders — releasing tension and restoring freedom of movement. 
  • Gentle strength training — to build muscle, protect joints, and cultivate quiet confidence. 
  • Soft flow sessions — when your nervous system needs more restoration than push. 


Everything is guided with calm, precise cues and plenty of options — so your body never has to keep up with anyone but you. 


3. Integration & Everyday Moments of Care 

We close with a few minutes of restoration and grounded reflection so your body and mind can absorb the session. 

Depending on your needs, you may leave with: 


  • A tiny home movement sequence (5–10 minutes). 
  • A gentle breath or grounding practice for stressful moments. 
  • One simple self-care action tied to our 10 Pathways to Wellness — such as hydration, sleep, or boundaries.  


The intention: you leave feeling steadier, kinder toward yourself, and more connected to your body.

We move gently, allowing your body and nervous system to exhale.
Your level set’s the pace. I hold the space. 


5. Ongoing Support
Continue with single sessions or a nurturing series (4–6 sessions recommended) to deepen body confidence, emotional steadiness, and everyday self-care — creating a rhythm that supports you to feel loved, cherished, and confident in your changing body and story.
