After growing up and experiencing what some would call life's difficulties, I am now ready to share and hopefully inspire compassion, understanding, peace and flexibility, through my experiences and studies into the lives of others.
After being diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder & pmdd, losing my father to suicide, experiencing both physical & emotional domestic abuse and as a result, being parted from my two beautiful children, I found myself on a long and winding journey of acceptance, forgiveness and compassion...
After 10 years of emotional battling to simply just keep on living, I am now blessed to have overcome so many emotional mountains, I have regained the most beautiful relationship with both my children (now young adults!!) and regained a compassionate relationship
with myself...
During my 10 year climb, at my darkest days, I lost complete confidence in both my physical and emotional self, I was able to overcome many of these days by introducing yoga, fitness, mindful living and compassion...
Through this journey I have grown and learnt so many lessons along the way, I am now on an entrepreneurial journey of running a successful mind & body studio with a mission of supporting 10 x 10,000 people to release, restore & reconnect, encouraging them to look within and to find confidence, love, motivation, compassion and wellness, both emotionally and physically...
I share the tools and advise that I have found (and still do find) useful along my journey, using a modality of mind and body practices...
Each and every one of us are on our own personal journey and we all have our own emotional mountains to climb, it is how we choose to climb them that determines our future...

Offering integrated mind & body practices such as yoga, guided relaxation and mindful living to support emotional balance, confidence and clarity
I will support and guide you with your physical fitness, exercise routines and lifestyle modifications, supporting you to not only enhance your physical health but also to find strength & confidence in your mind & body... I offer this support using a modality of elements such as personal training, yoga & exercise programming
I invite, collaborate and work alongside healthcare professionals and practitioners (personal trainers, social prescribers, counsellors, holistic healers and nutritionists)... ensuring that the studio has comprehensive access to health and wellness.
I work with secondary schools across England delivering Mind and Body Programs, these programs offer teens support, understanding, kindness, awareness and the tools require to thrive and develop positive self-awareness, self-confidence and emotional & physical regulation
