A state of mind studio has been created with the intension to be there for every young individual who would like to walk their journey with us...
The studio offers a beautifully modern & serene space, with both in person and online classes designed to support the understanding of emotions, promote individuality, increase fitness and flexibility and support body confidence, all whilst having fun and taking care of ourselves in a relaxed environment... Our exclusive one-on-one sessions are tailored for ages 7 - 16 and are there support the understanding of our developing mind and body in a one to one environment, we recognise that every child is unique and therefore our Personalised Youth Wellness Journey offers a safe space for children & teens to grow, overcome challenges and unlock their full potential.
Tailored Fitness: Our individual mind and body classes are designed to meet specific interests, abilities, and preferences, from body weight strength training and cardio exercises to flexibility and body talk, these classes provide expert guidance and encouragement to help children and teenagers understand their changing bodies and build overall body confidence in a supportive environment :)
Self-Soothing, Guided Imagery & Stress Management: Our One-to-One class offers practical tools and techniques to help children & teens manage their emotions, enhance focus and cultivate inner peace, many children & teens can find group settings just too much, therefore these classes provide a space for open communication and exploration, with both empathetic listening and personalised encouragement, these one-to-one classes allow children & teens the opportunity to understand themselves, we cover topics such as....

Body Conditioning, Fitness, Flow,& Confidence: Each class explores fitness, circuits and body flow alongside relaxation techniques that are tailored for teenagers... Zero strength is required to attend classes as strength can be built up gradually over... Lots of modifications are offered for those who are not so confident... This class supports teens to feel physically confident whilst boosting energy levels and happy hormones.
Self-Soothing, Self-Care, Guided Imagery & Relaxation: Throughout the class teens are taught techniques to manage stress, calm the mind and cultivate motivation, we explore breathing exercises, self-soothing, & relaxation techniques like guided imagery,
We end each class with a well deserved hands on self-care practice such as facials, lip balm bars & VS Body Mist Creations allowing teens to leave with a practical gift / tool to use to feel good...
All classes are designed to promote mental clarity, emotional balance, and self-awareness, helping to develop confidence and the resilience to tackle the daily life as a teenager!
Music: Music has the power to uplift spirits and ignite creativity! Our music is a mixture of upbeat playlists, designed to allow teens to let go and have fun while improving coordination, boosting mood, and relieving tension.
Support: Beyond physical activities, our classes also focus on essential life skills and peer support, learning valuable strategies for managing life and building healthy relationships... Most teens are not open to discussing their feelings out loud and we understand that, therefore if just listening to the others is your thing, we absolutely understand and encourage you to just sit back & relax :)
