Every one of you is unique and therefore my personalised youth wellness sessions, offer you a safe space to understand yourself, grow confidence, overcome challenges and unlock your full potential.
I offer tailored classes, designed to meet your interests, abilities and preferences, with things like body weight strength training, cardio circuit exercises or flexibility.
Or if fitness isn't your thing and you just want practical ways to make your mind feel better, then thats just what we will do...
At your age things can often feel overwhelming, stressful and like your body is full of anxiety, I will work with you to show you self-soothing techniques to quieten your busy, worrying mind... We can do this through things like guided imagination, movement, breathing techniques and stretches to completely release all that worry...
No matter how you feel we will work together to regulate your emotions, help you find focus and find your inner happiness...

Safe Space to chill: Our Youth Group Classes are designed to welcome ages 11 - 16 into a space where you can release and let go of any tension or worries that may have built over the week, it is an easy free style session where you are offered the chance to join in practical classes in the studio, journal or create in the hub, or simply just take some time to just chill in the therapy room with gentle sounds, aromatherapy smells and comfy furnishings
Body Conditioning, Fitness, Flow,& Confidence: Each class offers you the change to explore fitness, circuits and body flow alongside relaxation techniques that are tailored for teenagers... Zero strength is required to attend classes as strength can be built up gradually over time... Lots of modifications are offered for those of you who are not so confident... This class supports you to feel physically confident whilst boosting energy levels and your happy hormones.
Emotional Regulation, Self-Soothing, Self-Care, Guided Imagery & Pure Relaxation: Throughout the sessions you are given the opportunity to learn techniques to manage your stress, calm your mind and find motivation, we explore breathing exercises, self-soothing, & hands on self-care practices, offering you practical tools to support you to feel good...
All the classes are designed to promote emotional balance and self understanding, supporting you to feel confident in who you are!
Music: Music has the power to uplift spirits and ignite creativity! Our music is a mixture of upbeat playlists, designed to allow you the chance to let go and have fun while improving coordination, boosting mood, and relieving tension.
Support: Beyond physical activities, our classes also focus on essential life skills and peer support, learning valuable strategies for managing life and building healthy relationships... If talking out loud just isn't your thing, then no worries, we completely understand... Just sit back, and maybe take a moment to listen to the others :)
