Safe Space to chill: Designed to welcome ages 11 - 16 into a space where you can release and let go of any tension or worries that may have built over the week, it is an easy free style session where you are offered the chance to join in practical classes in the studio, journal / create in the hub, or simply just take some time to just chill in the therapy room with gentle sounds, aromatherapy smells and comfy furnishings....
Zero strength is required to attend classes as strength can be built up gradually over time... Lots of modifications are offered for those of you who are not so confident... This class supports you to feel physically confident whilst boosting energy levels and your happy hormones.
