For over 8 years, sound healing has played a huge role in my life, being a big part of my own healing journey after a diagnosis of ME/CFS back in 2008. On a number of occasions my daily morning sound healing practice very definitely made the difference between making it into work and not. Even with an understanding of the science behind it, I still often find myself amazed at the instant transformation in physical, mental and emotional energy levels!
