At A State of Mind Studio, wellness isn’t a fix, it is a gentle ripple of kindness, compassion and clarity from the inside out, it is a gentle flow of breath, movement, stillness and self-love....


These 10 pathways form the heart of everything we offer, gently woven into every program, tea ritual, class, or conversation, they guide women, teens, and professionals back to themselves
