Hormonal awareness & body literacy. Movement for release, not judgment.

Deep rest, guided meditation, and self-soothing practices for nervous system support.
Week 5: Honouring Time & Yourself
Creating sustainable rhythms and boundaries to honour your energy, letting time serve your energy, not the other way around.
Week 6: Return to Self
Gathering the tools and softness that you have uncovered, to move forward with grounded confidence and embodied compassion.
