A State of Mind Studio - Studio Hire Cancellation Policy
At A State of Mind Studio, we provide a supportive and sustainable space for wellness practitioners. To ensure fairness and financial stability, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable after the hire is complete. Below is our cancellation policy:
Deposit & Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining 50% is due after the studio hire is complete and must be paid within 24 hours of the session.
Cancellations & Refunds
More than 14 Days Notice
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the hire date will receive a full credit of the deposit toward a future booking (valid for 90 days).
- No refunds will be issued, only credit.
7-14 Days Notice
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the hire date will receive a 50% studio credit of the deposit (valid for 60 days).
- No refunds will be issued, only credit.
Less than 7 Days Notice
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the hire date will result in no refund or credit of the full deposit.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
- The full 50% deposit will not be refunded or credited, and the remaining balance may still be charged at the studio’s discretion.
Late Changes & Transfers
- Bookings can be transferred to another practitioner once per booking (no less than 72 hours before the hire date) at no additional cost.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we ask that you request this as soon as possible in writing (message or email).
Studio Responsibility
In the rare event that the studio must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued.
This policy is in place to support the studio’s financial flow while respecting the time and commitment of all practitioners. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to the studio 🦋.
